Real estate is an illiquid asset. You can't just sell it tomorrow. If I need liquidity, I'm going to go do a real estate education workshop this weekend. And that funds my lifestyle and my activity. So you don't even have that bad habit that maybe some people do where they have to go get a million dollars. Real estate guys, real estate guys have to eat too, right? Yeah.
