i think we're going to see the rest of civil society coming into that spacethe oure going to see faith groups, charities, community organizations and others. But i think there must be some questions about whether actually this scheme is going to be,. how tricky it's going to be to make sure these people really are safe. It'l only takes one scandal, yes, one person.
