It's by Stuart Neville, who is an Irish author. It's a fascinating story about Ireland and what the legacy is after we have peace. And so you get to find out, again, this is lots of world building is going on in this mystery. I think mystery, like any genre, has rules and the funnest writers are the ones who like to bring the rules.
