The Benefits of Static Stretching in Training

static stretching is fine, as long as you do it at the proper time and far enough away. If there's too much pain, you can actually injure yourself. And then post training, holding whatever muscle you stretched for two minutes in a really deep stretch. That gets you what happens when your training isyour central nervous system has to a basic na,. basically a two basi basic phases - fighter flight and rest and digest. Back of cave an days, we were not in that state at all. We were walking barefoot outside all day with no shoes or clothes on. Now being able to chill out by doing this kind of exercise will help us get back into our dominant mode.
