Iliad: I'm not convinced that this law really is content neutral, because there's a lot of evidence that Texas's real motive was not an impartial concern for all speech. And they can't seek redress from a conservative state government, because the conservative state government will, by definition, be trying to protect conservative points of view. It's a little bit of a catch-22 that proves a little too much and goes a little too far in this particular case," he said.
