The US Regulators Don't Feel Like They Have Authority to Regulate Offshore Entities
There's no law or clarity with regard to how do you register a digital commodity. There is not even definition in law of what is a digit? If I said define a digital token, digital security, digital commodity and digital currency, it'd be hard to give people the definitions. Tether should be thought of as digital currencies.
