The Importance of Free Will
I want to take this conversation to the next step which which you already brushed up against which is this question of a free will or or agency. I believe that it's critically important and it actually changes everything not only about ourselves but how we interact with ourselves andhow we interact with others. Once you have awareness of something it changes your relationship with what you're aware of so once you're able to uh view your mind as an object this gets into a subject object relationship which is big in spirituality but it's also big in psychology Robert Keegan's theory of adult development really clicked for me last year.
