As an athlete, what I like to do is I like to try to do one more rep. To exceed the expectations of others, raise the expectations of yourself. When someone does more than I expect, it actually changes how I think about that person. Whenever a business meets my expectations, if they meet my expectations, I'll be a customer. If you want to get really, really good of exceeding the expectations of other people, start with raising the expectations of yourselves.
