The Importance of Happiness in Life
I read an amazing book I'm gonna plug it here called liminal thinking which I read a few years ago when I was living in the UK. It's kind of about how you see the world and there are parts of it that kind of delve deeper into that. Happy employees do a better job well done, but sometimes people get too obsessed with being happy. A great company really give you the freedom to develop as an individual so they want you to create your own brand or style within the limits of the method.
