Train Smarter, Not Harder

I think one of them is train smarter, not harder. Most of us who are firing all cylinders and getting a lot done need that support too. I'd say whenever you feel like you're not yourself or you're going in a direction that you don't feel good about, having that therapist or somebody that you can communicate with is important. There's no shame in it. It's just a good way to behave and to achieve what you want by having all the different things that it's your availability.
