The Deep Dive Survey - The Most Important Question
The first question is what i call the single most important question. If your survey respondes only answer one question, this is the one that you want them to answer. One of the best ones is answering not what people want, but what they don't want. What comes to mind for me was the fact that the garbage, for whatever reason, was for dirty and smelly, and then we had to clean out the garbage can. I'd never want to deal with that ever again for the rest of my life.
