In most things, if we're going to prepay, it's aue. We'e gin t get a discount. But now im going to pay more to day so that i can pay less in the future. So let's calculate what this rate of return would be. And again, i'm ignoring inflation simply because i want to illustrate that whate what they're selling here is inflation.
