The barrier has never been lower to get out there and build the experience that you need. For folks with less than 20 years of experience, about 90 to 95 % of those resmes can get on a single page. If it's not easy to find, if it's buried in a wall of text, they 're probably not going to find it. So we want to make it easy for them. We want to strip out all fluff. And i'd think through each of these things, i'd look at your resime, and then highlight what is relevant and pertinent That would be my five reasons why your esme isn't getting you the results that you're looking for.
