Cody: I was just thinking of that conversation path that we were having with that public company that went public, that they described sort of that hypergrowth. They did have a period of hypergrowth, but it became a curse for them because then they had to say, oh, the next year, the next quarter, the next month had to actually keep that trend line. And so it caused tons of burnout. That's an unsustainable thing to think that upward to the right trajectory is the only trajectory we can be on in our business.
Positive change - both organizationally and personally - comes with plenty of difficult times, yet we often convince ourselves that these seasons don't need to exist.
