Ogos - A Scarily Modern Proposal From the Soviet Union

ogas was a state sponsored project in the soviet union. The network, in total, was projected to take somewhere in the neigh hood of 300 thousand technicians working for 30 years before it could take its full form. Part of the reason this project was kept alive, while early networks failed, had to do with ushkov's willingness to play politics. He was very much willing to change his plans to match with what the government and critics wanted. Sadly, that would also lead to part of the undoing of his project.
