Imagine we had planet sized computers. We could literally rerun like all of evolution down to the details so that there are virtual creatures. And also suppose that a simulated creature is sentient, which you know is is plausible. Yeah. Then all your really are looking for is like at the end did the simulation output like, right? Hominids or something. That's for my interest. What's the basic argument for why anyone would want to create simulations with a bunch of suffering in them?Yeah. So this is my take and I might not represent their positions.
