Are We Going to Get Rid of Pensions for New Hires?

Companies are saying, we don't want to umwe we want to make, we want you to make some sort of concessions. And often it's easiest to get workers to concede things that aren't going to directly affect them. I think workers feel like very strongly at these places that they don't ant. They hate the idea of new hires, or their own children working for, you know, lesser wages.
