Rest the Language and Trust the Standard Library
There's one chapter here which is rest the language and like trust the standard library. Other problems come from the interaction of a sink with other parts of the language. And right now it's not as easy to say, well today I'm using Tokyo tomorrow I want to use more or less let me just you know change that and everything is going to keep working. There's a problem. It's not because things make assumptions as to where they're being run and what is available andlike a bunch of other things.
