How to Enjoy Networking
Some people automatically do enjoy it because they are naturally gregarious. Others have a problem going to a social event with a room full of people and chatting around. If you're somebody who has a problem with that type of networking, think about attending smaller events or one-on-one meetings in your peer group. Your firm will encourage this so really you'll be supported and paid to do it. You absolutely have to kiss a lot of frogs in any industry to find the prize.
