When two people are discussing if one is wrong and the other one is right, it starts being perceived as a much more personal thing. You really have to sometimes check yourself before you wreck your own self-esteem by saying things like "i'm a piece of shit" And then when criticism comes at you, try to see if it'sa actually criticism towards you as a personal criticism toward e the words that are coming out of your mouth. Because very often it's criticism of you as a person, and not unecessarily the dology you claim you carry.
