Jo Gibson: Listen to the athlete, really listening is going to give you a lot of clues as to where she or he or they are at. Remembering the shoulder lights attention and emphasizing those sensory aspects in the can do. If that athlete has a safe space, even if we get them on board, they're going to have blips along that journey. It's okay to not be okay when you're going through that process. That is our key and pivotal foundation. And I think it's always lovely talking about things like this. To me, it's about buildings and key foundations.
