He says if you have a 70% conviction rate and there's a 70% plus probability you're making the right choice, go for it. While having the humility and understanding that, you know what, 20 30% of the time you're going to get it wrong,. But unless it's a disaster, like you're never coming back because you're dead or something, you are going to learn from your mistakes over time.
