The Russell 2000's Laggard Index Hasn't Been Doing as Well as It Should During This Run
The Russell 2000 has been the laggard index lately. It hasn't been able to get back above its 50-day moving average line. The NASDAQ was giving us a completely different signal, so this was kind of the outlier. So there is still that kind of risk-off feeling when it's not participating.
