How Do You Measure and Prove That Your Product Is Ready to Ship?

I think for us, there's kind of four steps or like four components of a product that's ready to ship. It's trust, function, ease of use, and delight. And the point of putting all these things, not one on top of each other, but rather one next to each other means they all have to be a part of the kind of first shipable product. So you can launch that V point five and say, well, we're going to add the delight stuff later. But that never works out because then it's extremely hard to prove and measure that specific component.
