Is digital technology enough for a new evolution process? I think out there in incibe space, there's all sorts of stuff going on that nobody has access to. There's bits of code, you know, going all over the place. The stuff being copied, varied and selected can really take off without our seeing it. And this leads me to quite a worrying thought, er, i could say, 'for its own sake, if we don't get involved' It would be something fundamentally different going on.
