Parenting Practices of Empathy
When i was a parentf my daughter she would sort of have these sort of melt down in public as a three year old, and just be completely unopened to reason. A councillor taught us the actual parenting practice of ympathy which is simply to get down at their level. It consistently brought her down from that place of just kind of irrational lashing out. How do we do that with the anti vaxor how do we doing that with the cuanon supporter? That's a challenge, i think, for christians, trying to actually be a redemptive presence that that reflects jesus.
