The first thought that many of our clients have is there's something wrong with me. There's a certain resignation around workload and the binge and bust stress cycles as if they are like a really normal part of academia. And all of that actually can be solved with job crafting or designing your career. But I want to emphasize that saying no is not enough. That job crafting is indeed a process which involves careful reflection, self exploration and skills around time management and boundary setting.
