RV industry is a couple of years behind technology wise, then auto industry and that sort of thing. There just wasn't a lot of resources or training or any of that stuff. When I started in sales at Landre, they told me pretty much as a female, you will either fail instantly or beat everybody. So what it really allowed me to do was branch out. And so the first thing I started doing is, okay, I could think like a business owner, even though I'm a W2 employee. You know, figure out how I can do that.
