The Ontological Status of the Developing Human Being

The further you move out from shore, the less confident you are and up ahead there's open water. And so that kind of gradualism of, I just think that that does reflect the way that most people think about the ontological status of the developing human being. So while you can't necessarily give a satisfactory theoretical explanation for it, I think we do most people work with those intuitions.
