The Problem With Salt in the Body
Salt in nature is hygroscopic, means it sucks water out of the air. Because of that, salt tends to clump because itis pulling in moisture. Chemicals added are like yellow presciate of soda, which is sodium pharacyonide or calcium silico illuminate. And and it does stop the salt from attracting moisture. But in our bodies, that's salt's job. So not only does it impact the way the salt interacts with the body, but it also impacts the flavor. We gete this bitter, chemical version of salt that we think, i is too salty and bitter. It masks the beauty of o food.
