i think my environment definitely plays a huge factor and how i feel internally. It's like going back to family, and like being rooted and surrounded by the people that love you for actually you exactly. And so you're able to spot those things within yourself then. Working out and being outside is what really helps me. I cut out coffee for all o january;  then i had one coffee recently. Literally, i had like, like half a cup, and i thought i could do anythingi this is crazy. But am, i did feel not so great,. So just the next day, i drink the other half. Ye, and then i didn't feel great. S
