We need to understand what are the layers of stressors that are most likely to drain and zap or destabilize the mitochondria. So nutrition is a is obviously a big one, I think circadian rhythm and sleep is also massive in the story. At the same time, we now know that melatonin is playing a critical role in mitochondrial health. And so we can add that as maybe a third factor here. It's all about those those hormetic stressors, as you say.
