The Early Stages of the Polyphonic Synthesizer

I know like a lot of those early synthesizers that were available in the 70s were monophonic, which kind of makes it limiting for you to play chords or anything. I don't remember exactly when I got endorsement from Yamaha, but I've been affiliated with them for many, many years now. The Oberheim 8 voice was the one I used a lot that you could play polyphonically on and manipulated very differently than the more recent Polyphonic synthesizers are.
