The Limits of Oxygen Therapy in Bronchiolitis
In terms of oxygen, I don't really have much of a goal because I know this sounds crazy but I just don't care that much. The National Guidelines for Bronculitis says that you should use a cut off of 90 percent. We have to recognize the limitation of our measurement. Paul Sock's emitters are notoriously horrid. It takes about 20 patients before you see a dramatic improvement with albuterol.
