The selection cat in to pick some combination which is fit the most o ment. So yes, continual change become dominate. But if these cells were just doing random stuff, it would be one in a gillion trillion, billion quadrillion,. ok? Lake if it was purely by chance, it wouldn't be aking entire sections of a chromozom and moving them around. It does have a low chance of survival, but there is some rhyme or reason as to what it’s doing.
