Cancer is not just mutating individual little jeans, right? There's there's some larger thing going on. We can't necessarily see tumors, until macro evolution has happened. The selection cat in to pick some combination which is fit the most o ment. So yes, continual change become dominate. But if these cells were just doing random stuff, it would be one in a gillion trillion, billion quadrillion,. ok? Lake if it was purely by chance, it wouldn't be aking entire sections of a chromozom and moving them around. It does have a low chance of survival, but there is some rhyme or reason as to what it’s doing.
