How Do I Have Abs and Lift Heavy?

If you try to pursue towards one thing too heavily, whether it's to be leaner or ther to be stronger, then other things will fall apart. If you're trying to get really, really super lean, you most likely will not be very strong. Most people in my world are struggling with, they like being strong, but they don't want to be fat and puffy. So bench squat and dead lifter are amazing because you can use so much weight in them. And i think you should be able to demonstrate some strength through your upper body.
