I've met some entripeners in this journey that absolutely are convinced that their inefficient ways, which don't work in the market place, are going to contribute to their success. And they're rigid and the reason why they're rigid is because they believe that it should be their way or no way. Reality is optimizing for the group as a whole. So part of this ne is to have or finger on the palls and know what's going on.
