Animating the Album

Laurie and I had a lot of conversations about wanting to create something that was meditative. This album is definitely like we were trying to... It was a response to that feeling. The songs have become shorter, and so much is delivered in such a short space of time. We're inundated with content from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to sleep. Constantly, everyone's demanding your attention to look at their content. And if you look at TikTok and stuff, it's like people speak at like a million miles an hour. People come to it rather than needing to grab.
