When you're applying sales pressure for the first time, view it as a test. R your tring to figure out product market fit - two moving targets is always difficult. The biggest failing i have seen consistently across many companies that we work with, or many companies that i've enracted with in the past, is being too prescriptive on what the process should look like. Over indexing on automation and process building too early is by far the biggest, non like, just a full stop issue that we see.
