I did want to study organizational leadership hmm that PhD dropout in me who's listening to this to take kind of feels somewhat vindicated that I didn't actually go and you know do that I'm still getting an opportunity to learn from people and operators who are actually doing this every single day. The inner part of me is just geeking out so much because I'm like I read this is probably something I would have studied or something I'd have worked on, he says. He adds: "A lot of people can probably do well in life if you know ethics and value systems"
