Of america's 500 largest companies, only forty one have female ceos. The average age of a ceo is mid fifties. Menipaus or the transition into menipaus generally occurs also between forty five and 55. And it can last up to ten years. Many women will rise into senior positions of leadership in their forties or her fifties when they experience manapasl symptoms.
