How to Handle Disagreement and Communication in the NPC

Natalie Madiri was our first the first chair that we had and she really pushed for open communication with things got like heated. This term we elected a chair who leaned into siloing um to not addressing things with the whole npc. We had an npc member take a leap of absence and not tell half the npc so there isn't even a way to like distribute work. People hated swearing so much until this npc but i think i think that everything in this term just started off on the wrong foot and very hostile  i swear less i didn't really people hated swearing soMuch until this nPC.
