Modern buyers have access to so much information that when it comes to poor experiences with sub par salespeople, complacency has given way to natural selection. If i have a crabby experience with a sales rip, i'm just going to move on and go on to another another solution. That's what i mean by natural selection. There's so much choicer so much variety, so many options people have now i don't have to put up with yoiur crappy sales tactics, and they will just move on.
