A hotel chain in japan tried to create an all robot hotel. It had two types of robots that would check people in, and a concierge robot outside. The experiment withrovots by january 20 nineteenth didn't even last maybe three full years. Part of the reason for the failure was because autonomous systems are hard; they couldn't answer basic questions.
