What's Happening in the Global Economy?
We effectively put the global economy to sleep, with the exception of china. What we're experiencing now is something the ugis are still young enough that you don't fully appreciate. The response to those shortages which are a by product of a poorly planned entrance and exit from that overnight nap. Were beginning to see policy makers decide that they either have to accommodate it by doing things like removing the gasolene tax or allowing demand to be sustained.
