How to Grow a Culture of Discipleship

Philip: Discipleship needs to be prominent on my agenda list. So number one, cultivate a culture of discipling. Number two then is raising up lay elders and helping that to be something all the men in the congregation aspire to. The women need to understand they're responsible for their own families but also have responsibility for other members of the church.
