The Future of Food Technology

Many of the benefits are going to sit probably on the outskirts of major cities. People who are going to lose out are going to be people who traditionally rely on animal livestock, which are rural areas in the global south. But we're going to also have to think about what sort of policies, perhaps training and retraining policies where farmers in the hinterlands or away from the cities may not need their land for agriculture anymore.
