Is the Rise in Wealth Largely Due to the Value of Land?
Piketty's view is that over time people who own capital will get wealthier and wealthier relative to everyone else. But in this data set, it's unlikely the people who got wealthy through land were buying homes in Akron, Ohio. So unlike some kind of forward looking dynamical problems in economics, this one seems like it's actually resolvable.
