Cyrus: We're trying over the long run to work on somebody's CO2. And then finally, it will in a broad sense probably make the patient feel better. The most risky part for a patient is about four weeks out from discharge. Early follow up is probably the most significant intervention. In some cases, pulmonary rehab may be helpful after discharge but I think the literature is still a little iffy on that.
