It's no different in this in this topic. We need to practice. Vincilam already said practice is not perfect. Perfect practice is perfect. So we should we should get it down in training. When the race day comes around, it reduces the stress levels because you've gone through it all before. Everything is already pre-planned and it's just execution on race day. That definitely brings some calm over there as well.
